OCXchange Prompt: Cyberpunk Reegan Keaton

This is my entry for April's Cyberpunk/Steampunk prompt for My entry is for 's character, Reegan Keaton. Caat's description said that I would be allowed to play around with Reegan's cyberpunk outfit since the design was still in progress. Reegan likes to use big shoulder-mounted weaponry, so I wanted to represent that, here. I gave him shoes that are open-toed since he was a bird man, I figured the talons might be useful in gripping the ground during recoil.

Reegan's a pretty cool character! I had a lot of fun drawing him and I hope you like it, Caat!!
